Tavis Hannon

Born and raised in Northern California, Travis Hannon brings a practical, hands-on perspective to real estate shaped by years of experience as a real estate investor and licensed California General Contractor.

Travis earned his degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and spent 15 years in Tucson before later living in Cave Creek, Arizona. Throughout that time, he developed extensive experience buying, improving, and selling real estate. He has since returned to Northern California to be closer to family and continue building his real estate business in the place he has always considered home.

His background gives clients a perspective that extends beyond the transaction itself. As a REALTOR®, investor, and General Contractor, Travis understands how to evaluate a property’s potential, recognize opportunities, and consider the practical implications of repairs, renovations, and improvements. Whether working with a homeowner preparing to sell, a buyer evaluating a property, or an investor analyzing an opportunity, he approaches real estate with an emphasis on value, informed decision-making, and straightforward communication.
